Arrangements 90 days prior One third (1/3) of projected cost is due. 30 days prior Menu selection must be made. Pick up place cards. Pick up seating chart. Select your wedding cake. 7 days prior You must give us your final count of guests, which will not be subject to change. If on the day of your function your final count is over, the balance may be paid that evening. Place cards in alphabetical order. Place cards for head table. (Separately) Seating chart indicating the number of guests at each table. 3 days prior Please bring in the following: Things you may need for the night of your party. For example, Cake top, wine goblets, cake knife, matches, napkins, guest book, etc. Payment in full is due 3 days befor event, with a cashier's check, money order or cash. Additional Information: * Banquet hall rented for 5 1/2 hours (evenings) or for 4 hours (afternoons) * Flower arrangements included * Parking available * Extension of Banquet hall time - $400 for 1/2 hour. |
